The focus on ICY partnerships

We seek to build lasting relationships to help our nonprofit partners integrate project management into their youth programs and build their own project management competencies surname.

Our ideal nonprofit partners include:

 

  • Youth participate in projects in their program

  • The main focus is on working with youth 12–29 years old

  • Programs are actually implemented in at least one locality or 3 months have passed since the project was initiated.

  • Be willing to provide feedback on results and participate in other knowledge-sharing activities within our Learning Network

  • Interested in joining ICY as a peer co-creator.

We understand that organizations has different challenges, and we do our best to provide support where it’s most needed. 

We offer a mix of the following services to our youth-organizations partners:

Program Development Assistance

ICY leverages its project management resources in partnership with nonprofits to enhance their programs and strategies. We also provide plenty training and support to help the delivery of the youth-lead organization’s mission, and enrich the building of key life skills for youth.

Ongoing coaching

We know that the long-term stability of these programs requires more than just a successful rollout. We provide ongoing coaching to our partners to help them overcome roadblocks and address change management challenges.

Connecting project management volunteers with youth-serving nonprofits is key to our refreshed strategy. 

Grants


ICY awards a limited number of grants each year to nonprofit organizations, supporting the incorporation of project management skills into their programs as well as internal capacity-building.

  • Is there a cost associated with the nonprofit organization to get involved?
    No, it’s completely free for non-profits to get onboard with us and get access to corporate volunteering and giving efforts. There are no hidden costs throughout.
  • What else do nonprofit partners get from this partnership?
    At ICY, we are constantly looking for ways to empower youth organization in Vietnam. Apart from providing youth organization access to our services mentioned above, we try add value through following ways: - Showcasing our non-profit partners on our website and social media handles - Creating impact videos for the non-profits highlighting their work - Free access to exclusive webinars with the experts on relevant topics like Youth work method, Volunteering Management, Program management etc. - Interviews and panel discussions with other youth organization working on similar cause - Membership access to our Learning Network for Nonprofits Other than these, we are consistently exploring multiple ways to collaborate and support nonprofits in their cause, so if you have anything in mind, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at icyvietnamcontact@gmail.com or simply book a call with our team.
  • What information do I need to provide to become a partner?
    We require very basic information to get started, in 2-3 lines: - About the youth organization - Main activity programs - Development plan (If any) - Prerequisites & Terms and Conditions (if applicable) Any other information provided more clearly to volunteers and other partners is welcomed and appreciated!
  • What happens after becoming a partner of ICY?
    Once the details are provided, we create the profile of the organization on our platform and publish it to our corporate partners; This process is kept transparent. You can now log in and start participating in ICY training programs as well as discover and apply the necessary resources for your organization. In addition, as soon as any volunteer shows an interest in your organization, we will connect the volunteers with you / share the end results from the volunteers on the basis of their experience. register.
  • Are there any binding conditions?
    ICY does not bind our partners by terms. We work for the purpose of empowering adolescents and adult organizations, so we are honored to be associated with organizations that share the same goals and pursue this mission. There will be consensus on the time or method of implementing the programs, but all these contents are discussed and agreed between us and our partner organizations.
  • How long does it take to become a partner?
    As soon as you complete the relevant information, our staff in charge will contact and provide the necessary information. Your institution profile will be published in partnership with ICY shortly thereafter.
